How far in advance do we need to book ?

a) From Barcelona 2 days before departure.
b) From Reus the day before departure.

Where do we find our driver ?

The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a placard either with your name or with the sign of ALIANCE.

Where does the shuttle leave from ?

The shuttle from Sanguli leaves from Africa site. From Cambrils Park leaves from reception 1 and 2.

How long do we wait for the journey to start ?

Once you are with your driver, máximum waiting time will be half an hour. If you have a delay in collecting your luggage please activate your phone and contact your driver, or send someone of your party to advise him of the hold up.

What happens if my flight is delayed ?

If your flight is delayed more than 45 mins. please inform us, as then we are able to organise a transfer for you at a later time.

If my flight is cancelled what happens ?

If your flight has been cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible, to enable us to refund your payment.

How long does the transfer take ?

Traffic permitting your transfer from Reus is approx.10 minutes, from Barcelona also traffic permitting approx 1 hour 15 minutes.

What amount of luggage is one person allowed ?

Maximum luggage per person is 1 large suitcase and 1 small hand luggage type of suitcase.

What is the difference between a service shuttle and a private Transfer ?

The difference between a shuttle and a private transfer is that the shuttle is with other customers and a private is only for your group.

Are you able to book at the last minute ?

Yes, it is possible to book at the last minute. First you must find the driver and providing he has enough vacant seats you must then make an online reservation and payment before boarding the bus.

Booster seats are available ? If so do we need to book them ?

Booster seats are available free of charge, but they must be reserved in advance in the booking process if it is a private transfer. Car seats not obligatory by Spanish law

Is it possible to cancel a booking

Cancellations must be made 24/48 hours before departure date.

Can we pay the driver in cash ?

Payment must be made on líne and not un cash to the driver.
